Seal Tite Diverter

The Vortex Seal Tite Diverter is designed for use in gravity flow applications where material can be diverted from one source to either two or three destinations. The Seal Tite Diverter offers a removable access door for interior inspection, cleaning and maintenance.

The recessed blade protects the leading edge of seal from material flow and eliminates excess wear.

a removable blade allows for seal replacement without extracting the valve from service.

The shaft seal replaces the open area where migration of material to the off leg normally occurs.

  • On many standard flapper style diverters, material flow creates abrasion to the leading edge of the flapper vane that can lead to leakage and cross-contamination of material. The Seal Tite Gravity Diverter is engineered to channel the flow of material away from the leading edge of the flapper vane.

  • An optional Clean-In-Place access panel with spin knobs allows for quicker access to the interior of the diverter for inspection, cleaning or sanitation purposes.

  • Traditional flapper diverters have extremely weak or no shaft seals causing leakage and cross-contamination. The Seal Tite Gravity Diverter features a live-loaded, wear compensating, polymer shaft seal minimizing product leakage past the vane shaft.
